2 great photos. The store operating at least into the 1960s. Another large hardware store in the the 1960's (and probably earlier) was Davidson's (Rav Eser Davidson). Both stores were completely Sabbath and Holy Days observant. Several other observant stores were still active on Fore Street, including those of the esteemed Lazer Ackerman and David Long.
