JENNY SMITH -- OBITUARY

Bangor - Mrs. Jenny Smith, 74, widow of Simon Smith, died Jan. 7, 1979, at a local nursing home after a long illness. She was born in Russia, Sept. 28, 1904, the daughter of Isaac and Molly Gopin. She was a member of the Beth Abraham Sisterhood and the Jewish Senior Citizens of Bangor. Survivng are two sons, Sidney Smith of Bangor, and Benjamin Smith of Newton Center, Mass.; two brothers Hyman and Leo Gopin, both of Bangor; three grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.
