Note: "attached is a PDF of the first 49 pages of what was apparently a cook book of over 130 pages from 1955.  I do not have the original paper book, nor do I remember scanning this one, which was apparently my Aunt Sara's.  My grandmother, Mrs. Morris Supovitz (Celia) was apparently on the editorial committee (according to the list on page 2). It includes recipes for Gefelte Fish: 'Have fishman cut fish into slices... save the heads...' and various recipes for tzimmis .  Mmmmmm. " Jim Hurwitz
