19th century leather account book with 20th century entries. Some loose items inserted, including business cards and receipts, and removed to envelope, kept with account book. Handwriting belongs to several different hands, including Jacob J. Cinamon. / Samuel I. Cinamon, of Portland, Maine, was the long time proprietor of a second hand furniture store on Fore Street, and an active member of Portland's Jewish community. He was born in Russian Poland, and arrived in Portland at the age of 11 in 1904. He died June 9, 1981 at the age of 88. For more information see Portland scrapbooks (Book XVII, p. 221 and 223)
