ROSE GOTLIEB -- OBITUARY

 
Mrs. Rose Gotlieb, widow of Samuel Botlieb, 82, died Monday morning at a local hospital after a long illness. She was born at Tinsk, Poland, June 15, 1879. She was a resident of Bangor for more than 50 years. Mrs. Gotlieb was a member of Beth Abraham Synagogue, Beth Israel Sisterhood, Hadassah, and B’nai B’rith. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ben Gordon of Bangor; three sons, Louis, Hyman and Peter Gotlieb, all of Bangor; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Levin of Chicago, Mrs. Mollie Edelstein of Chicago, and Mrs. Dan Bluestein of Los Angeles; 11 grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held at the Jewish Community Chapel today at 11 o’clock in the morning. Memorial week will be observed at the home of Mrs. Ben Gordon, 163 Elm Street.
